Dr. Charles Wykoff is Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medical College/The Methodist Hospital and a Physician Partner at Retina Consultants of Houston in Houston, Texas. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received his doctor of philosophy in molecular biology from Oxford University in England and his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Wykoff completed his ophthalmology residency and vitreoretinal fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where he was Chief Resident and was awarded a Heed Fellowship and the Ronald G. Michels Foundation Award, the nation's highest honor for a retina surgery fellow. Dr. Wykoff's research interests pertain to angiogenesis and vitreoretinal surgery topics. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts and presented at numerous national meetings. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists.

Judy E. Kim, MD, is a graduate of the University of Chicago, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute-National Institutes of Health Research Scholars Program. She completed her ophthalmology residency training at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and vitreoretinal fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Currently she is a Professor of Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Kim has received numerous awards and honors, including being named in the "Best Doctors in America" annually since 2003 and is included in the US News & World Report Best Doctors list and Castle Connolly Top Doctors list. She has received the American Academy of Ophthalmology Achievement Award and the Senior Achievement Award, and the American Society of Retina Specialists Honor Award and Service Award. She is a Heed Foundation Fellow and has been selected to the Leadership Development Program of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She has been elected to many regional and national leadership and committee positions and serves on the review boards of a number of peer-reviewed journals, including being invited to serve on the editorial board of JAMA Ophthalmology. Dr. Kim has authored over 130 publications, book chapters, and monographs related to age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other retinal diseases. She is a sought-after lecturer nationally and internationally. She is actively involved with a number of multicenter clinical trials, many as a site principal investigator, including Age-related Eye Disease 2 and Diabetic Retinopathy Clinical Research Network sponsored by the National Eye Institute. Her research interests include diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, clinical trials, surgical retina, telemedicine and ocular imaging.

Originally from Baker, Louisiana, Dr. Davis graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he majored in electrical engineering. During medical school at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Dr. Davis spent an additional year earning a masters degree at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and completing a fellowship in Preventative Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute. Dr. Davis then completed an ophthalmology residency at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 
Following a two-year vitreoretinal fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Davis joined the faculty of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he trained fellows and residents, and conducted research. After five years there, he transitioned to his current position as Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Retina Service for The Richard S. Ruiz, MD Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School.  
Dr. Davis has published articles and book chapters, and participated in retinal clinical trials and research networks. His research interests include public health ophthalmology, health services research, retinal prosthesis, and nanotechnology.

2. Compare and contrast molecular structure of the different agents used to treat AMD and the potential implications for safety
3. Integrate advances in the understanding of efficacy, dosing options, safety, and molecular structure of agents used to treat AMD into overall treatment plans for AMD as appropriate
